This new regulation is designed to unify the current data protection privacy laws throughout the EU, and to enhance the rights of European residents to protect their personal information. Our privacy policy entails the details regarding processing of personal data along with lawful grounds of -collecting, retaining and protecting it.

The new Privacy Policy applies to BLS International and all its Associates, Subsidiaries and Group Companies effectively from 25th May 2018.

Delhi Jurisdiction

• As per the instruction received from Embassy of Spain, BLS Delhi jurisdiction is not authorized to accept any application beyond below mentioned details:-

  “You can apply for a Spanish Schengen visa up to 3 months before your planned trip. The processing time may take up to 15 days since the day of your application. The Embassy of Spain processes Schengen visa applications in up to 4 days. Real time may differ depending on the time of the year”.

• As per the instruction received from Embassy of Spain, BLS Delhi jurisdiction is not authorized to accept any application with less than 5 working days and processing of visa can take up to 15 working days or more if mission requires.
• In case applicant has given Biometrics for a Schengen country after 4th Nov 2015, then his Biometrics will be valid for next five years under Delhi Jurisdiction. However in case Embassy of Spain or BLS requires fresh Biometrics then applicant has to be present for the same. Also for travel agents submitting application on applicant behalf then an authorization letter, signed by applicant has to be submitted.
• Spain visa applicants for DELHI Jurisdiction can apply through booking appointment online. Kindly note applicants with appointment will get the priority on submission over walk in applicants.
• Our Spain Visa Application center in Chandigarh is moving to the following address effective 18th March 2019. Requesting you to kindly visit our new center for visa appointments accordingly.

Mumbai Jurisdiction

• Spain Visa Applicants for MUMBAI Jurisdiction are requested to come by online appointment, as we have increased the number of appointment slots. A Minimum of 15 days gap is required between the date of travel out of India to the date of application submission at BLS International Services, MUMBAI office.(excluding submission date and travel date)

Advisory Notice

1. All payments should be made at the submission/cashier counter at BLS Spain Visa Application Center.
2. Please insist for receipt on all services availed and paid at BLS Spain Visa Application Centre.
3. Appointments are absolutely free, you are requested to visit our BLS Spain visa website to book appointments.
4. No agents are authorized to act on behalf of BLS International and book appointments against a service fee. BLS International is not responsible for such incidents.
5. Kindly note that passport collection will only be given to the applicants and will not be given to any agent or third party.

   • Immediate Family Member (i.e. Parents, Children, Siblings) (Documents- Athuority letter from applicant, Immediate Family Member Govt id org with photocopy and Org receipt for submission)
